Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at Bomahut located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work from home flexibility.

The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for customer support, cold calling, sales, training, and overall sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, or messaging tools.
  • Perform data entry for clients.
  • Offer customer support and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Assist in organizing and attending physical demos or meetups with potential clients.
  • Help create and edit marketing material.
  • Contribute to social media, content, and promotional efforts.
  • Share client feedback to help improve product and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Communication and customer service skills.
  • Sales and training skills.
  • Experience in cold calling potential clients.
  • Experience in sales and marketing. Experience in selling software is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mean grade of B and above in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
